PCS exam will be held in one day
Let us tell you that when the students who were protesting for four days in Prayagraj got angry against the police action on Thursday, the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) had to retreat. On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the secretary of the commission had to come among the protesting students and announce that the PCS exam will be held in one day as before. At the same time, a committee has been formed for the RO/ARO exam.

Amidst the noise, this announcement of the secretary brought happiness on the faces of many students, while most looked dissatisfied with it. The students are adamant that a notice should be issued to conduct the RO/ARO preliminary examination in a single day like before. At the same time, Secretary Ashok Kumar explained to the students that the committee has been formed with the purpose of considering conducting a one-day examination.

At present, there is a deadlock between the students and the Commission regarding the RO/ARO preliminary examination. The Commission has also not clarified the situation regarding the date of PCS and RO/ARO preliminary examination. Earlier, the PCS preliminary examination was proposed on December 7 and 8 and RO/ARO preliminary examination on December 22 and 23.
